  1. You proceed to the port Pay and Lodge the entry.
  2. Collect delivery from your Shipping Agent (Generally a Bill of Laden with Stamp and Signed Delivery Authorized). Ask your agent which shed is the goods located!
  3. While customs are releasing the Entry (Should take 1-3 hours on busy day). Inspect your goods, open packages tick of all items you see on the Invoices. If items are missing, you will need to inform the customs officer that released your entry. VERY Important!… otherwise, you will pay duties again when the items do arrive. Confirm with the Customs officer if they have updated the “Inspection Act” with your missing items. No inspection act update, you will have to pay duties again. The Certified Short entry must be prepared when the goods do arrive and this Entry is the foundation for the certified short entry.
  4. In the event there is a problem with the entry just email or WhatsApp us and we will fix the entry till its release.
  5. Collect the release from Customs.
  6. Pay Port Charges
  7. Present the Customs Release and “Delivery” to counter at the Shed.

All payments must be made before 3:30pm otherwise shipment will be kept at port till next working day.
